The service
CompliAds ([LEGAL ENTITY NAME]) provides advertising compliance risk assessment ("Risk Scanner"), Compliance Audits, Appeal Preparation, Suspension Recovery, and Consultations. By creating an account, you agree to these terms.
Accounts and workspaces
You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, and for keeping your account credentials secure. A workspace owner or admin can invite team members and manage their access; removing the last owner of a workspace is not permitted.
Plans and billing
Starter is free with limited usage. Professional and Agency are paid subscriptions, billed monthly or yearly through Stripe or PayPal — you choose the provider at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel or change your plan at any time from your billing page; Stripe subscriptions are managed through Stripe's billing portal, and PayPal subscriptions are managed directly through PayPal. Enterprise pricing is quoted and arranged manually, not through self-serve checkout.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service to submit false or misleading information, attempt to access other workspaces or accounts you're not authorized to access, or interfere with the normal operation of the service.
No guarantee of outcome
Our Risk Scanner, audits, and appeal preparation reflect our assessment based on the information you provide and our understanding of platform policies. We don't control any advertising platform's enforcement decisions and can't guarantee a specific outcome for any account, appeal, or suspension.
Termination
You can stop using the service and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
