What we collect
When you create an account: your name and email address. When you create a workspace: its name, industry, and country. When you use the Risk Scanner or request a Compliance Audit: the business, website, and advertising information you choose to answer in that questionnaire — we don't connect to or scan your ad accounts automatically, and we only see what you type in. When you contact us: your name, email, company, and message. When you subscribe to a paid plan: your subscription status and billing history — your card or PayPal details are handled directly by Stripe or PayPal (see below); we never see or store them.
How we use it
To provide the service you signed up for: running your compliance assessment, preparing audits or appeals, managing your subscription, and sending you account-related emails (invites, billing notices). We don't sell your data, and we don't use it for advertising.
Who we share it with
We use a small number of processors to run the service, and share only what each one needs to do its job: Stripe and PayPal for payment processing (your subscription and billing details), and Resend for sending transactional emails (invites, notifications). We don't share your data with data brokers or advertisers.
