Founder, CompliAds

Viktor Kolesnikov founded CompliAds after spending eight years working directly inside the systems and algorithms large advertising platforms use to moderate content and enforce policy. That experience is the reason CompliAds exists: most advertisers only encounter enforcement from the outside — after a suspension, after a disapproval — with no visibility into how the decision was actually made. Viktor spent nearly a decade on the other side of that boundary, and built CompliAds to give advertisers the same working understanding of enforcement that platforms have internally, without ever requiring access to their ad accounts to do it.
